Admail V5.0 is designed to meet the need of every of organization, from small SOHO to a worldwide enterprise. Admail 5.0 Supports multiple deployment scenarios that allows it fit the organization capacity and security needs. Admail 5.0 can plug in to most corporate messaging systems (like Microsoft Exchange or IBM Lotus Notes) emails from the organization. The system interfaces to the organizations' mail

Admail 5.0 can produce external campaigns using any SMTP based email system. Internal campaigns engine uses plug-in for the organization internal messaging system.

Admail 5.0 can be integrated with the organization existing directory service in order to get users campaign rules and distribution lists.

Admail 5.0 data can be stored in an existing database inside the organization or using an innovative file-based storage system that is simple to backup and restore that can reduce mail size and may help to deliver messages via anti-spam products like text based banner (adtexts) and an option to linking banners instead embedding them inside the mail body.

Requirements 

Small business (1-25 users)
Small businesses can choose either to install on their own exchange server 2003/2007 or to install it on a separate machine (XP Pro based) to be used as a mail relay (uses their ISP email service).

Medium business (30-150 users)
Medium businesses usually have more mail traffic. Those can choose either to install on their own exchange server 2003/2007 or to install it on a separate machine to be used as a mail relay.

Large Enterprises
Large enterprises can choose either to install admail on their own mail serers (exchange 2003/2007 only) or as an external system (Win2003 Based + EX license only). This solution supports large email traffic and reduces mail server overhead. Using an external server simplifies deployment, is more secure and easy to maintain. Using an external server also allows Admail 5.0 to work with any SMTP based email server.
